Q7: Machine home point return

The model is rotated to Zero mode press the X axis pressing Z axis (Zero must first perform X-axis).

Q8: Alert EX1029

In without using tailstock state, the quill isnt completely retracted, if quill is completely retracted, it can be solved.

Q9: AlarmSV0401 (X) IMPROPER V_READY OFF / SV0401 (X) IMPROPER V_READY OFF

X-axis, Z axis servo motor voltage is not delivered properly. Turn the machine off, check the electrical lower right corner of the box "circuit protection device (similar to the switch without fuse) if there is blackout and Cause not supply power to the servo motorcorrectly.
If not resolved, check the line for every axis is breaking or blackout. Also contact Fanuc sales service department for assistance.

Q10: Alarm SP9021 (S) Position sensor error setting.

Check the belt tension or slipping.

MITSUBISHI SYSTEM

Q1: Maintenance mode of the tool turret

Enter the handwheel mode and click MONITOR and PLC switch in order, select "Engineering Mode of Tool Turret" to turn on the mode setting, then click the axial buttons on the operation panel to extend or retract the tool turret.
